Dave is cruisin' the BumpStop-without any BumpStops! He has removed the BumpStops
so his frame can sit on the ground. The hydraulics work with lowered
Honda Accord springs by Eibach, cut upper a-arms and lower control arms,
cut and remounted leaf spring hanger mounts, relocated shock mounts and
Silver Bullet shocks to control the ride. The 16X8" custom made Budnik
Switchblade wheels have a fender tucking 5 3/8" offset and are wrapped in
205/45 rubber. Body mods include shaved door handles, key locks, emblems,
antenna, and tailgate handle. Chrome are the Mazda grill, Toyota bumper
and valance, and mirrors. A steel roll pan, frenched license plate, Mazda
B2600i hood and 4X4 front fenders add to that unique look. The interior
is given that custom touch with cloth bucket seats, velour door panels and
a wood grain dash. The real custom comes from the stereo. The Alpine
head unit works with the Audio Control and Stinger components to drive the
mighty Orion amps and tons of Orion speakers. His stereo has hit 140+ dB!
(What?!) And if you ever need a jump, he's got enough batteries to light
a small town, too! Questions or comments, E-mail
Dangerous Dave!
