Chip Rausch is the proud owner of this 1990 Aspen blue S-10, which he named, Vertically Challenged. It's rollin on 56 spoke Double gold Roadsters. It also has 2 Fenner pumps, 4 battereis and 8 switches! (Anyone want a ride?) Chip did the custom crushed velvet interior himself.
