Check out Whitey's 1938 Chevy Lowrider, Best Bomb of the year in '96. He is 70 years old, and has had this '38 Chevy for over 30 years. He started showing it 20 years ago but not heavy showing at the shows. He took Best Bomb of the year the first time in 1996 it went on tour after that, it painted red then, He tore down and redid a whole bunch of mods to it, he chopped it 3", gold plated everything that was plated chrome even the under carriage, that was a headache, He cut the doors, jag rear-end, gold plated, engraved, boxed, mustang II suspension.
