Wow, check out BumpStop's first Plymouth (we've been on the net for over 2 years too). We now know the owner's name, and Billy sure does have a nice ride. This '72 scamp sports a 340 4-Barrel engine and Billy says it runs the low 13's (hello...you own a Scamp! j/k).
